Miltz 1,048 Posted May 1, 2016 (edited) Ok so nearly two weeks on from the tournament beginning we have just finished the finals. It was a great turn out and what an amazing set of fights! This post is basically going to outline how each round went, followed by the winners with a video of the finals at the bottom of the post! So here goes.. Round One: The table above is how the tables ended up as a result of the following fights: Group 4 was decided in a fight off between @@Rolls, @@Calvin and @@Connah, in which @@Calvin came out on top! Which left the winners, and people to progress into the semi-finals as: Group 1: @@Faugheen Group 2: @@Warriuh Group 3: @@Cured Group 4: @@Calvin Semi-Finals: These fights were best of three, and the results are below: @@Warriuh (1) v @@Calvin (2) @@Faugheen (2) v @@Cured (1) Finals! Fight for 3rd Place: @@Warriuh (2) v @@Cured (1) This was an amazing fight that wen the full three rounds. @@Cured took the first round as @@Warriuh took a risk, @@Cured managed to bang a 29 barrage to take the win. The second and third round went @@Warriuh's way meaning he took 3rd place and the 1.25m price money. All three fights were amazingly entertaining and gratz to both contestants, very impressive skills! FINAL @@Calvin (2) v @@Faugheen (1) So the two finalists went head to head to be crowned Vengeance' MVP! The first fight was strictly ACB's with D Bolts, @@Calvin could not stop @@Faugheen hitting 20+ and as a result, @Faugeen walked with a 1 - 0 lead going into the second fight. The second fight was Rune Knives - ACB. The combo's were real but @@Calvin took the win as @@Faugheen was out, although @@Calvin had 1 shark left! 1 - 1 into the third and final round. Honestly this round felt like it went so fast as @@Calvin and @@Faugheen shared their time combo'ing like you would believe. In the end it was @@Calvin who ended the fight with a big head shot to walk with the 8.35m prize money and the PVP champion signature! Amazing performance by both finalists and @@Faugheen wasn't too displeased with the 2.85m prize money for second place! Final Results 4th place: @@Cured 3rd place: @@Warriuh (1.25m prize) 2nd place: @@Faugheen (2.85m prize) 1st place: @@Calvin (8.35m prize) Calvin's Champion Sig: Enjoy Brother. I just want to say a massive thank you to all those who got involved with the tournament. I was really happy with the amount of entrants, and every entrant was mature in deciding the rules of their fights. Thank you all! I want to say a special thanks to @@Sybren, @@Tyy, @@Rolls, @@under constr, @@Quick Prayer and @@Bemb who all helped me organise the tournament and suggested tip/advice when I needed it. My last, and possibly biggest thanks is to all those who donated money to the tournament prize fund, you guys made the final so exciting and everyone appreciates your generosity!
