lol Im an exercise science major ( 1 more semester) and il have my bachelors   , and being an ex athlete, When you first start off lifting you Want to start with the basics like compound movements to really build the foundation. stay away from isolation exercises as they only shape the muscle. Compound movements are (bench,dips,chinups,over head presses,Back squats)

Beginners won't have the inter/intra muscular coordination to perform those compound movements off the bat with weight though! gotta start bodyweight and build the muscles associated until they're ready

Looks like the exact same diet I was doing :) I would like to add dark chocolate in the morning with nature oatmeal. Basmati (spelling?) rice for dinner and always eat something sweet after your workout session. Also always go for sweet potatoes.

 

Dosage of your meals depend on your body and this is a low fat caloric diet meaning you will put on gains while staying lean. Replace 2 meals a week with 1 fish of your choice and another with horse/goose (lean) meat for a good creatine intake and always use olive oil (like Natty said, forget about palm and veg oils). Try eating your red meat raw or atleast RARE.

Like I said...You have the lower body and you have no upper body, you got a problem building...wait a minute. You have the upper body, and you have no legs, you got a problem building your legs. You have the upper...you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, the upper body, it is easier to build. So if you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, it is easier to build the upper body. You have the upper body and you don't have the legs, you got a problem building the lower body... No, you don't understand. You have the upper body, but you don't have the lower body, you got a problem building downstairs. You got the up- legs on the bottom, it is easier to build on the top, so you don't have much as a problem. Yeah.
