Turning my zerk into a main.

Bro no offence but everyone that makes pures then turn them into mains are stupid, the reason for this is that you have took the time and effort to make the zerker which limits your xp meaning taking a lot more time, all you have to do is create a new account and get 99s which will take you a month at the most.

always a tough decision because it's so permanent,

 

but since you've never had a main, i'll tell you what it's like because a lot of people that don't have mains are a little delusional.

a lot of low-defence pures that don't own a main often like to tell me how they 'would' get 7-10kills at zulrah.

 

*cons

-even if you're 99 defence you'll still need a team to do all high-end bosses (arma, sara, corp, bandos, zammy etc) efficiently.

-no new bosses that you can't do already

-cant turn your main back into a zerk

-you'll need a lot of money for decent gear

 

*pros

-little more efficient

-easier to find teams i geuss?

 

well, whatever decision you make doesn't affect I just want you to think it over because once you get that defence there's no going back.

might as well make your zerk a main because tanks own zerks as well as any main about 10 levels above. from my experience anyways

I turned my zerk into a main pre eoc and I instantly regreted it the day after

Thx for the replies clan. My account is far from complete even if its been roughly 3 years (first week of osrs) it was created. With IRL, making a new main account doesnt interest me; it will take forever with reqs and quests and I dont want that.

 

Im not making a decision today and will continue zerking around till I make up my mind. I dont want to regret it.
