Warrior ring (I) is better! more accuracy is best at bosses especially bandos.

Also, another viable spec weapon is the Dragon halberd as it can hit higher than AGS and has 3 specs. or the crystal halberd, which if you have it, is by far the best spec weapon for bandos.

and I must add other options for ranged:

the crystal bow is the same accuracy as the armadyl crossbow, but fires faster.

The heavy ballista is the highest hitting and most accurate ranged weapon in the game (aside from dark bow special) and should not be left out as an option. 

speaking of which, en masse, dark bow special could be extremely efficient for taking down graardor.
