If you only play for clanning 99 attack is the way to go. It's also good for anything ells you're planning to do on the game while there's no event (slaying, bossing etc...). It would be of great help against the current clans we're facing and planning to keep on fighting in the near future.

 

If you do still plan to 1v1 or you hate high combat with a passion I recommend to stay 75. But other than that, Maxed Zerks are highly wanted/respected.
