Best strength training spots

I'm currently trying to grind strength training to meet requirements. I'm spending most of my time in NMZ since its pretty AFK. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to get more xp per hour? I believe NMZ gives more xp than rock crabs but not sure about experimentals. Any suggestions would be great, Thanks!

I had to get 70/70 and i found that nmz was more xp/hr than experiments and rock crabs... I also didn't have good stuff though. I was using welfare stuff cause I wasn't gonna invest in something that I wouldn't use after the fact.

A fun way to train melee or ranged stats is through slayer plus ull be able to work up toward a slayer helm (i) which is nice on zerks, you can try bandits in the bandit camp if you have prayer potions to blow and its decently afkable. Otherwise I think nmz is the best.

Not really bored of NMZ just looking for fastest xp per hr. I'm only getting like 50k right now. I'm using zerk helm, runeplate, runeleg, rune boots, fury, zerk ring, rune defender, and firecape. I'm guessing i'm only getting 50k because strength lvl is only 75?
