Hey kinda a off topic question but I recently registered and introduced my self im trying to get to know the Clan/Community while im going through the recruitment process do you guys allow guests in you're clan chat? If so id love to join has a guest for now to get to know people and talk in chat etc? If thats okay with you guys please comment the clan name down below. Thanks

The best way to get to know people is through teamspeak. If you get access to that you'll be able to speak to the community first hand and get to know them.

Even if there are not people currently in there chatting, just being present by idleing while you're online will no doubt get your name shown around and as soon as people move in you can fly up and get involved.

Activity on the forums is also a biggie if you can keep up with that and respond to ppl's topics etc, then you will most likely be on to a winner.
