Clan chat (V Public)

Hey all,

I've been in the public cc for a few months but now I'm getting "you are not allowed to join this user's clan channel". Has the cc been changed, or is this a mistake or something? Or are clan chats down?

Has anyone actually looked into this? I still can't access the cc. I've been enjoying being in there for the last few months since I came back to the game.
