Pvping with keybinds

Something I wanted to bring up was the use of keybinds in PvP. Is there a way to reroute the f keys to regular binds on the keyboard or are we forced to use them. I could have sworn there was a program you could use for this.

There's actually this thing you can buy https://www.razer.com/gaming-keyboards-keypads/razer-tartarus-pro and I'm pretty sure you can make the keys your F keys.

You can rebind them to 1-9 with runelite - 'Key Remapping' option.
