Easy quest. I ranged the final boss and only sipped prayer pot twice, and was in literal rag gear. Used like 1 manta. If you melee he can melee you too. Just pray mage and range him. Face away when screen goes red. The freeze attack is just like Hesporis where you spam click to escape.
