If you can also delay with knives i would use knives. If you do not know how to delay i would use msb its easier to combo with

both have pros/cons, knives don't have spec bar, if that kinda thing bothers u XD

yeh knives dnt hit well on high def targets, so id say it all depends on the def of the opponent
