D scim spec dosent get as much respect and usage as it should imo, everyone and their mom has d spear with them but rarely do people d scim during the d spear spec from what iw seen and been part of.

Range tanks can get 99 Attack without levelling their combat, with low enough Strength level (50 or less).

If you don't mind your account looking like a meme (or painfully getting 99 Attack with 50 Strength) then this would probably be the CWA meta build:

99 Attack/Range/Magic/Hitpoints

77 (or 81) Prayer

50 Strength

107.93 Combat
