That's a good starter mate. Keep stocking up you can never have too many return sets bro! So just add to them as and when you can I currently have like 700 or so lol so you can legit not have too many

Good starter tab, these are the things I'd change:

 

- Paint the helms/kites of course

- Add rune gloves

- Add dragon spears

- Add 1k+ diamond bolts

- Add spirit shields, so good for maging

- Add god capes

- Add water, death, blood, law runes

- Add Ghorrock, Annakarl tabs

- Add xericians robe top and bottoms for cheaper returns in longer fights

- Add anti-venom (2)

- Add stamina potions

- Add 500+ black chins

- Stock up on ancient staffs

- Stock up on avas

- Stock up on potions, p necks, you'll run out of the ones you have so quickly

 

 

That's basically what comes to mind right now, but overall try to get as many returns as possible, 20 is the minimum we require to app, but aim for alteast 50+
