I did slayer/barrows so far. Got some nice barrow items and nice clue rewards. Dont waste your time training at spots like rock crabs or whatever like some other people do. Grind it trough slayer long term you will benefit alot from it.

pyro pyro is great money almost 1m an hour if I'm not mistaken, also it has a decently low requirement of only 50 hunter.

pretty much what everyone has already said, my preference is zulrah atm just because of the safety net you have with being able to get all your items back if you die 

(haven't tried any wild bosses though)
