42/45 defence

Still leveling my zerk, should I stay at 42 or get 45? Are the fremennik helms worth it or is a dyed rune full helm enough?

A painted rune f helm is good enough.

 

BUT if you're planning to be a High Damage Dealing Zerk with Melee the Zerk Helm is worth it for sure, especially when you're able to use a tentacle! And let's be honest, it just looks great as well

52 prayer and I will be 61 attack after questing(Was 1 defence before), eventually getting up to 75 attack:)

Personally I went for 45 so I had Max str bonus and it's only one combat too which isn't bad !
