Got both mine as a pure with 15 prayer, and on the same day:

 

Callisto = 24 kc

Chaos Ele = 3 kc

i had gotten a scorpia pet at 1 def 48 kc.... lost it though :/

I got Jad pet on my old Zerk at 3 kc and kbd pet on my current account at 324 kc. I'm very happy to have gotten both, the only other pet I wouldn't mind grinding for is the rock golem, kinda limited with 31 prayer haha.
