Zulrah for money,  Dag Kings maybe? Avoid GWD though, it wouldn't be worth it for you to get 1 kill per hour and run back until you spent 8m on supplies for a 13m drop.  Also the Wildy bosses except for Callisto.  You may even want to bring anti- pk gear and smash someone who isn't expecting someone to be prepared.

This. However I seriously recommend investing some time in learning to kill Zulrah efficiently. It's literally 1 - 1.5m and hour and pretty fun, chance of a cool pet too.
