Should I get void?

I've been thinking about getting void, but I'm not really into pking with void, but should I get it just to train and use it for PVM? If I should what would be the benefits of having it?

the grind is aids ( unless your @@Caregan and enjoy it )  but once you have it, its amazing especially for zerks and tanks

Definitely get void range. Mage is only useful at, say, level 85. It's a 30% bonus, and say your stat is 85, 30% of that is roughly a +60 bonus. Seers ring and wizzy boots, staff, cape, and book give you like a +88 or so mage bonus, not bad.

Melee is questionable. I only ever use it for boss masses and when im trying to quick-switch from range/melee. Overall, I'd say it's pretty much worth getting whole set.

 

EDIT: Math is not coming to me atm. I remember calcing a +60something bonus, now I forget how I did it. All I know is that ahrims is better and mystic is too until roughly 80.

 

Also, know that void has an excellent mage defence bonus.
