I'd support them if they were added as a reward to King's Ransom like Piety is. I don't think lower defence accounts deserve the power they give, and I'd also tone down the percentage boosts they give.

I had full contentment with 2010-11 rs. To me i will vote yes to anything from that era.

They will be a reward from raiding, and in rs3 they were a reward for dungeoneering.

 

 

Hopefully they don't bitch out and don't give it a def level/quest requirement as it would be nice to use as zerk.
