My goal right now is to get 70 strength so that i can train my def to 99 using dh, and after i get my def up i intend to get 99 range mage hp and prayer, then i will be a true maxed tanker at 109 combat.

I made a tanker last year. 75 attack 70 str 99 def 99 range 70 pray 99 magic, the defend does take time but once it's done there is no better feeling goodluck
