For my 60 zerkers, for demonic gorillas, I assume everyone just using the dragon scimitar correct? My hits are fairly inaccurate, as expected, which isn't necessarily the problem, but more so I wonder, how many kills per inventory does everyone get and how do you optimize your kill? Do you all use prayers i.e Rigour/eagle eye and such?

indeed, dragon scim is better option. but make sure ur melee bonusses are high enough for a 3 way switch to blowpipe to optimise ur kills (if not t bow) torture, torso and defender. i'd take range cape and ros to get better defence/pray bonus. use the prayers too.

I’m kinda lazy when I do demonics and skip the stat boosting prayers
