His CC isn't war quality. No disrespect, but for an actual war he would have to sit down opts, and that's the only reason he can even roam around caves because of his horde of PvMers. 

He might have a chance against rev Warriors, but definitely not Vengeance in an actual war. And, I doubt it'll be an actual war, it will just be more like us against a team of 'bally raggers' who would probably come back to loot their things and leak the war.
