laptop problems..

anyone knows anything about laptops ? and maybe can help me out lemme know..

ive got an Microsoft surface book i7 , 1 month ago i had problems with it also screen was broken it got fixed..

now sitting with another problem  the laptop starts up totally the only issue is, all i see is blue screen, cant get in bios cant see any icons / letters etc..

also asked the shop where i bought it, but since the guarantee is gone it either will cost me a shit ton off money if sending it back to them

anyone knows what the problem shud be ?

have you tried connecting another monitor/screen to it? just to confirm it's not your screen since that was repaired a month ago?

have tryed it, still blue screened and cant do anything on it

thats exactly what i did this morning , problem is since those laptops are kinda pricy , since its from microsoft..  rather fixing it myself then going to an store..

ye I've worked in retail before and tbh it's overpriced BIG time ..

well.. found the problem

video card / hard drive are dead , theres no way i can save all my things on hard drive
