Med. You'll be 112 cb as well just like a Maxed Zerk but you'll have access to so much more (most importantly to me is Augury/Rigour). On top of that, tanking will be easier.

Yes average Melee DPS is theoretically better than a Med (not by much) but people are mainly smacking 1 time with their Melee weapons anyways. Range/Mage DPS is better on a Med cuz of the prayers...

45 Def for old times sake and if you want to play OSRS a bit harder than any other build at your level.

In the end, do what your heart tells you to do
