Hey, when it comes to tanking overall I'd say this was good, I don't have the before to say you did better with this than previously but I do have a couple suggestions.

 

When dragging from a pile make sure to put you dhide chaps on to get that extra magic defense, will help with longer tanks and dragging the enemy away from the main cluster.

Instead of spam clicking between brews and pnecks make sure to put your game sounds on so you can hear the neck break, and prioritize your prayer switches over clicking the necklace every tick, you can F-Key to your prayer book for that just as fast and it will save you damage overall as your pneck won't pop until you're low hp.

Make sure to always have tank shield on unless you're an attacker not taking pile damage, there was a point where as the pile you seemed to have your ZGS out, which will lower your overall range/melee defense bonuses (while subsequently rasising your magic defense due to less negative)

 

I'm brand new to this scene so if this is inaccurate I apologize, but this is just what I would recommend.
