Moving out soon.

Me and my fiancé are purchasing a house this summer. 

 

We were discussing things we would miss and things we wouldn't. 

 

Dunno if anyone is in a similar situation or moved out before what was yours? 

 

Ill miss

- The Family cat ( No homo this cat is the goat ) 

- not having to pay a mortgage and bills. 

- home cooked food every night.

- The cinema room.

 

I won't miss 

- The girlfriends sister ( Cannot stand her )

- getting nagged on for leaving something out for more than 20 seconds.

Yeah for sure man. The house is located in another seaside town 10 minutes from our village. it;s close to my work and my girlfriends. Where we live is pretty remote so we don't have any notable locations near us, but at this point in our lives we can't exactly get up and move to where we would like! don't get me wrong the house is nice, but we're kinda making do at the moment!

I missed not having to take care of the food every day and all the bills that come along with having your own place.

I love not having to worry about any other people in the house besides my wife/kid.

I know how you are feeling brother! I brought a house just after Christmas with my fiancé... it’s hard giving up things to save, we gave up a lot but trust me it’s worth it in the end....

We lived with my fiancé family for a couple of months while saving, which was good... but the one thing I miss the most, looking at her sister.. holy god she’s unreal mate!
