Effecient eating

So, as we all know you can not eat while you are getting speared. However, there is, I believe, one game tick inbetween each spear where one is able to eat. My question is what is the most effecient inventory setup so that you can get your comob eats in before that next spear is hit. I personally was having a difficult time getting my manta,karam, and then brew in because I think I could have set my inventory up better. I will post a picture shortly of my inventory to get some help.

this is what i use, the combonation eating with is all one tick.

if you're getting speared, spam your angler until it disappears then move on

Some people prefer horizontal eating, but I prefer vertical. Just set it up so its all in a line in your preferred click style. Then you can click it easily and quickly. Everyone has their own setups, just make sure that it works and that it works for you.

I do vertical comboing as well, its just easier on my wrist, with additional 4 anglers near my restores so I can go two directions. one combo that does pneck->angler->brew->karam and if you go the other direction starting from pnecks it goes pneck->angler->sup restore. If anyone wants I can post a pic later, but that way you can still combo eat and get your prayer up.

I like to keep angler + karamb + brew + phoenix in a square, but if i'm not going for all 4 then i usually just have vertical rows of anglers + brews/karambs.
