Need your opinion about 75 or 99 def

So Wu-tang-tank is my main and it'll be for a long period. But the dilema is whether i should keep it 75 or 99 def. The most important point is that i made this account for pking only. So what would be the best thing to do?

99 def will be best for clanning while 75 def will be best for pking.

Most people will encourage you to get 99 of course bc well, who doesn't want to max their acc?

If you're stuck in this situation, you may want to consider making another acc?
