I used dragon bones for 97

Dragon bones until 99 pray. Costed me around 165M from 70 back in the day. Had to bury around 48k with gilded altar..

If you want the cheap way then go with ensouled heads since it's half the price & you get some type of combat xp since you gotta kill and resurrect them. If you have money and want it semiquickly.. dbones.
