Uploading pictures.

Hey, here is a quick guide on how to properly upload a picture on a post you make.

This way it shows up as an image and not as a link.

 

the host is www.imgur.com

 

-You do not need an account to upload picutes.

 

 

Click on "New post" on the top left corner.

 

This window will pop up:

 

-Select 'Browse' if the image is on your computer, double click the image and it will upload.

 

once uploaded you now see your picture, hover over it and an Arrow will appear,

put your mouse on it and select 'Get share links'

 

Another window will pop up, now simply Copy (Ctrl+C) the BBCode (forums) link:

 

and paste it onto the forum post you want it!

 

 

 

NOTICE: if the link does not appear when you paste it type one letter in front of it without spaces:

notice the v in front of the link - simply remove it and post your picture!

If you wish that BB codes are simply shown and don't actually do their thing, add [noparse][/noparse] around them, that way you don't have to type [/lmg] in your guide

He's saying that in case you want someone to see your bbcode tags, wrap them in no parse tags so that the website doesn't parse the bbcode and convert it to what it normally would be.
