How are you getting 1-2 hours?

 

Rock cake down to 1hp (right click and use guzzle. At 2hp, use guzzle again to get to 1hp). Use an auto clicker to flick rapid heal at least every minute so your hp doesn't go up. I recommend garyshood and run 2 of them with a 1 second interval between them with 50 second speeds. So basically, one autoclicker turns rapid heal on and a second later, the other autoclicker turns it off and they do this every 50 seconds. At 1hp, the highest an NPC can hit you is 1, making 1k absorption pots last very long. With 45def, I last about 2 hours with melee and 90min with range. Use custom normal btw.
