Bursting magic? Cost? Worth?

How much does it cost? Is it worth it? I don't have the patience to alch or stun. I'm lvl 87, 4m xp to 94. If it'll cost less than 25m I'm thinking its worth it.

Also, is it better to wear ahrims for magic bonus or something with prayer?

Get to the mm2 spot (you only need to partially complete it - like the first 25% of quest) and take full mage bonus if you can afford it - like eternals, mage's book, toxic staff, full ahrims etc.. don't worry about prayer bonus as they drop 1 dose prayer points and you end up with more than you can pick up. Definitely worth doing !

Oh yeah it's 100% worth man, it's super fast, not boring at all, and to be honest pretty cheap I know for a fact I spent around 30m for 99 from 80 something magic, and with ahrims or better, it would be even faster and cheaper because you would hit way better most likely. So definitely go for it
