Well , i need 1 more combat level for 100 combat.

 

Should i get prayer levels or attack levels to gain it?

 

I'm 78 attk , 55 pray atm.

I'd say attack. You already got a spirit shield so no need for more prayer, but there is for attack. Maxed zerks end up at 107.1 cb i think so you can end up 99 attack wit 48 def at 55 pray.
