Is a Amulet of Fury needed for a 45 defence zerk since there is Amulet of Torture?? Or do you need them both?

Depends on your bank. Fury is good enough I'd say . Torture is obv the best for meleeing.

depends on what type of training you do, i'd say the fury is more for the PVM side of things due to the defense bonus's and prayer bonus.
