Trouserdevil and Paprica Man's Boar Hunt (Caution, images of dead skinned animals)

As some of you may have seen from my status a few days back, I went on a boar hunt with Paprica Man. We bagged one boar and one fairly large sow. It was tons of fun! Anyway here are the pictures.

 

 

This was our first one, Paprica got the shot right through both lungs. Took a lot of effort for us to lug her down the mountain we were on. She weighed between 250 and 300 pounds.

 

 

Heres that same one, as it was being skinned, so you get a good feel for how much meat she will be providing us.

 

 

This was the boar that I shot, it was average sized, between 150-200 pounds. I shot him in the head, specifically right in the jaw. Luckily this one wasnt too far away from the truck, so we were able to get him without much effort.

 

 

And here he is after he was stripped of his hide.

 

 

Anyway, our trip was a lot of fun, and I would definitely recommend that you guys try out hunting these beasts if you have the opportunity to!

yeah basically, get the kill/bleed them out either a.) there, or b.) at your shop or garage, whatever set-up you have

 

Skinning comes pretty soon after just to maintain the meat/hides integrity

(don't wanna eat old ass wild boar lmaooo)
