50 Defence pures

Since two veng members have now gone for 50 defence, is this a viable build to join the clan?

 

At the moment I believe the defence req to apply as a zerk is 42-47 defence? It's only one combat more than a zerker to have 50 defence, so it hardly makes a difference.

 

I have an account that has 46 defence and isn't quested enough to be a zerk so i abandoned it. But, I might start it up again if I can just get 50 def .

Yes, we have intentions to open our def requirement for rune pure to 40-50 def, the same it used to be in pre-eoc. But in this matter it's because people want to finish the diaries or clean up there messy 46-47def . Keep in mind that we're not enforcing people to go 50def. It has been discussed by all ranks and the majority agreed with it.

I'm so disappointed that this has been approved with so little time to take the piss out of Scuffee Overall I'm glad, I was wondering this myself today would someone who'd been here since the start have to leave because their def was 50? As long as we aren't classing anyone with a zerker helmet as a rune pure regardless of defence level (PD) then we should be good to go!

Apparently you can finish the Falador diary and get elite void. Other than that, no idea.

All rune pure clans have always considered zerkers to be 40-50 def, as well as us now
