Im the slowest trainer in the world but here is what i want and what i have : 
 
HP - 85/95
ATTACK - 61/60 rip
STRENGTH - 86/95
DEFENCE - 45/45
PRAYER - 55/55
MAGIC - 94/96
RANGED - 89/99

FARMING - 20/99

Good luck on your goals, especially farming.

I did 2-3 tree runs a day for like 4 months on my main to get 99.

 

Anyway, I'm sure you'll get 75 attack sooner or later.. everyone in clanning gets it up eventually;)
