Besides chinning Dharoks is the best. Btw I wouldnt get 78 att, just stay 75.

 

If you want to afk you can use Guthans, although I think unless you're 75+ def, you'll slowly die, so take some food

I'll probably run into the same dilemma. Tempted to go for 99 to be a badass tank, but also wanna keep 75 for the low cb level as well as not ruling out the possibility of going 75/99/75. Currently just getting range to 99, and waiting to see how well 75 def 99 range does when rigour comes out. As far as best def xp/hr, you cant beat dharoks. If I were you though I would get 75 attack atleast in order to better your xp for the long run. goodluck

Guthans on defensive mode + absorbs you can set it up when you go to bed and let it go.
