I rather get as many fire capes as I can in the same time I'd train up my skills to get ardy 4, but hey, that's just me

Ardy cloak is easily the best. Kendarin headgear isn't a flat 10% increase. So if a bolt has 10% chance to spec, Kendarin gives it 11%. Barely noticable
