id say fury is a better go too then an anguish might seem small but that extra defence really helps over the 1 max hit an anguish provides and assembler is also not really worth unless you feel confident enough not having that 1 extra food or pneck and as far as non void setup for tanks and meds  farseer helm is negative in alot of areas to make the +2 mage not really worth it over a nezzy which gives prayer and better defenseive bonuses all around. also setup your inventory in a better matter so you can manta brew kara p necc all within 1 space of eachother so your not waddling around your inventory when u notice your getting red barred also 99 prayer tanks will not need 4 restores i bring 3 every return and almost always never touch the 3rd. against mains granite body may be worth but against mage heavy ztm clans or pures granite makes you extra extra squishy against mage attacks but take that with a grain of salt and evaluate the situation yourself and change accordingly

all in all a great update to the old outdated guide for cwa gear as meta's have changed and things have been learned and countered
