Cheap ranging boots, almost as good as rangers!

They're -1 less ranging bonus than ranger boots, have prayer bonus and higher defence bonuses. 
I highly recommend them right now, mine bought for 3.4. Considering ranger are 27+, these are really cheap right now compared to what they offer.
